Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to cancel the contract and request a full refund. This includes the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery).
You must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement (including details of your name, address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address), no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods, or when multiple goods are ordered in one order, 14 days after the day you received the last part of the order.
If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods within 14 days of such cancellation together with the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once we receive your goods, we will inspect them and refund the money to you via the original method of payment, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Please take reasonable care of the goods; the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. We are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you.
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed from the day we received the goods.
